Christopher Caird

Christopher Caird is a 36-year-old Icelandic basketball coach originally from England. He gained recognition for his five-year tenure as head coach of the men's basketball team at Selfoss in Iceland, where he also celebrated a victory as a cup champion with Tindastóll in 2018. Following his successful coaching period in Iceland, Caird served as an assistant coach for the London Lions during the 2023-24 season and later took on a similar role with Nagasaki Velca in Japan. Recently, he has been appointed as an assistant coach for Napoli in Italy, a team competing in the Serie A and known for winning their first major title, the Italian Cup, in 2024.
