Christopher O’Connor

Christopher O’Connor is a former policy analyst at the Planning Institute of Jamaica and currently serves as an assistant professor at the College of the Holy Cross in the United States. He is known for his research on social welfare programs, particularly the Government of Jamaica's Programme for Advancement Through Health and Education (PATH), where he concluded that childhood exposure to PATH significantly improves resilience against poverty and enhances educational and employment outcomes.
