Christopher Torres

Christopher Torres is an assistant professor of biology at the University of the Pacific, known for his research in evolutionary biology and paleontology, particularly in relation to avian species. He recently gained attention for leading a study that identified Vegavis iaai, the oldest known modern bird fossil, which dates back 68 million years and provides new insights into the evolution of birds.
