Chrysogone Zougmoré

Chrysogone Zougmoré is a prominent human rights advocate and the president of the Burkina Faso Movement for Human Rights and Peoples (MBDHP). He has been actively involved in the struggle for justice and accountability in the case of journalist Norbert Zongo and his three companions, who were murdered in 1998. Recently, he spoke at a press conference regarding the 27th anniversary of Zongo's assassination, emphasizing the need for a trial and mobilizing citizens against impunity and for the respect of liberties.
