Chung-Liang Shih

Chung-Liang Shih is the Minister of Health and Welfare in Taiwan, recognized for his leadership in advancing healthcare policies, particularly in the area of chronic kidney disease (CKD) management. Under his guidance, Taiwan has implemented innovative strategies to promote early detection and intervention for kidney diseases, aiming to reduce the standardized mortality rate for chronic diseases by one-third by 2030.
