Cian Adams

Cian Adams, 25, is the younger brother of Jordan Adams and has joined him in an extraordinary campaign to complete 32 marathons in 32 days across Ireland in support of dementia research. With a deep personal connection to the cause, stemming from their mother's battle with frontotemporal dementia, Cian has used running as a therapeutic outlet to cope with grief. His participation in this challenge not only showcases his physical endurance but also his dedication to raising awareness for a cause that affects their family deeply.
