Cijana Panina was a 24-year-old waitress whose tragic death occurred during a New Year's Eve fire at the 'Le Konstelation' bar in Kran-Montana, Switzerland. She was reportedly carrying bottles of champagne with lit sparklers when the fire erupted, which is believed to have been ignited by the sparklers setting fire to flammable soundproofing on the ceiling. Despite efforts to escape through an emergency exit that was locked, she was later found unconscious by friends. Her family has called her a victim of negligence, arguing that she was not trained for fire safety and was instructed to assist in the bar during the busy night.
