Cirilo Fernando Castillo

Cirilo Fernando Castillo is the Director of the National Directorate of Fire Safety, Prevention, and Fire Investigation (Dinasepi) for the Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos de Panamá. He has been in the news for coordinating safety measures with the Alcaldía de Panamá and other agencies in response to the increasing crowds at the 'Casco Peatonal' events, which have raised concerns about public safety and urban planning.
