Clara Day

Clara Day is the 16-year-old daughter of Canadian public servants Maria Mottillo and Stephen Day, who was adopted from China at the age of two. Clara's citizenship rights have come into focus as her parents advocate for changes to Bill C-3, ensuring that children like her, adopted from abroad, are afforded the same citizenship rights as those born in Canada.
