Clara Garcete

Clara Garcete, a 25-year-old woman from Yasy Cañy, Canindeyú, became a victim of an attempted feminicide when her partner, Derlis Gómez, attacked her with a firearm at a gas station. Despite sustaining serious injuries, including gunshot wounds to her head, abdomen, and hand, she managed to escape and seek refuge. Clara was urgently transported to the Hospital Distrital de Curuguaty and is currently in intensive care.
