Clarence H. Cole

Mr. Clarence H. Cole serves as the Deputy Director for Copyright at the Liberia Intellectual Property Office (LIPO). He has been actively involved in addressing the knowledge gap surrounding intellectual property among young people in Liberia and has played a significant role in launching the National Intellectual Property High School Club Competition to foster understanding and respect for IP rights among students.
