Claude Renard

Claude Renard is a retired butcher who had a mentoring relationship with Mamadou Garanké Diallo. He fondly recalls Mamadou as a joyful and hardworking young man who sought to learn the trade and was eager to find an apprenticeship. Claude viewed Mamadou almost as a son and took him to his farm, where he shared experiences that reflected their close bond.
