Claudia Pires is the founder of SO+MA, a social impact startup established in 2015 that focuses on technological solutions to enhance socio-environmental engagement in Brazil. Under her leadership, the company has successfully implemented innovative recycling programs that have benefited over 52,000 people and generated significant economic savings, while promoting environmental sustainability and social inclusion. In 2024, she launched the 'Empreendedoras da Reciclagem' program, aimed at empowering women in the recycling sector, making strides towards addressing both environmental and social challenges.
