Claudia Scheiner

Claudia Scheiner is the Ombudswoman for the Swiss Federal Postal Commission (Postcom), where she oversees dispute resolution between the public and postal service providers. Recently, she implemented a new regulation allowing her to officially reject abusive or frivolous complaints, a response to the increasing number of aggressive and confrontational emails received from the public.
