Claudio Guevara Barahona
Claudio Guevara Barahona was a renowned oncologist from Puntarenas, Costa Rica, and the father of former legislator and presidential candidate Otto Guevara. He dedicated much of his career to the Hospital Monseñor Sanabria and was active in politics, having been a candidate for vice president in the 1970s and serving as a deputy in the 1980s. Guevara passed away at the age of 99, leaving behind a legacy in both medicine and public service.
