Claus von Wobeser

Claus von Wobeser is the president of the International Chamber of Commerce, known for advocating the inclusion of arbitration clauses in contracts to resolve disputes outside of Mexican courts. Recently, he has been in the news for proposing training programs for new judges to enhance their understanding of arbitration processes in light of judicial reforms in Mexico.
