Clélia Antunes

Clélia Antunes is the sister of businessman Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes, also known as 'Careca do INSS'. She was recently in the news due to a financial investigation involving a R$ 1.6 million transfer made to her in July 2020, which is being scrutinized by a parliamentary inquiry investigating frauds related to the INSS. At the time of the transfer, Clélia was a federal public servant with over 30 years of service at the Ministry of Cities, from which she retired in July 2023.
