Clemente Escalante

Clemente Escalante recently served as the head of the Cultural Patronage in Yucatán, but was reassigned to the Technological Institute of Progreso as part of a cabinet reshuffle initiated by Governor Joaquín Díaz Mena ahead of his first anniversary in office.
