Cllr. Cooper W. Kruah, Sr. is the Minister of Labour in Liberia, who plays a vital role in establishing labour standards and protecting workers' rights. He was in the news for his participation in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Liberia Special Economic Zone Authority (LSEZA) to promote a collaborative approach to facilitate investment in the country and enhance labour protections within Special Economic Zones.
