With a strong passion for agriculture stemming from his childhood experiences on his grandfather's beef farm, Warmington has worked his way up from shepherd to farm manager since joining the team in 2021. His innovative approach to farming includes creating intensive grazing cells and improving water systems, all while focusing on sustainable practices. As a finalist in the Ahuwhenua Young Māori Farmer Award, he aims to elevate Waima Topu Beef into Northland’s top producing farms and aspires to foster the next generation of agricultural talent.
