Coibhe Butler

Coibhe Butler is the founder of Plunkett Press, a hand-printed stationery company based in Ireland. Launched in 2020, Plunkett Press arose from Butler's quest for high-quality writing paper, which became increasingly difficult to find after Brexit. With a passion for letter writing and the tactile experience of penmanship, Butler produces each piece of stationery by hand, using specially selected Italian paper. Her commitment to reviving the art of letter writing is evident in her efforts to encourage others to appreciate the personal touch of handwritten notes.
