Constantin Olănescu

Constantin Olănescu was the Romanian Minister of Public Works during the late 19th century, notably involved in the inauguration of the Cernavodă Bridge, known as the 'Regele Carol I' Bridge. His role in overseeing the construction and the subsequent ceremonial events surrounding the bridge's opening on September 26, 1895, marked a significant moment in Romanian infrastructure and national identity.
