Cornelio Segovia

Cornelio 'Titito' Segovia is a Paraguayan politician who has served as a municipal councilor in Lambaré. He gained notoriety for his involvement in a public altercation during a council meeting last year, which has led to his suspension alongside fellow councilor Víctor Silvera. The two have been at the center of a controversy regarding their sanctions, which they are contesting through the Tribunal Superior de Justicia Electoral (TSJE).
