Corte Plena

Corte Plena, the highest decision-making body of the Judicial Branch in Costa Rica, plays a critical role in overseeing judicial matters and ensuring the rule of law in the country. Recently, they decided to take legal action against a budget cut approved by the ruling party, Pueblo Soberano, which eliminated funding designated for the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
