Cortland is a US real estate investment firm known for its focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties. The firm was in the news recently due to its previous interest in acquiring a large residential development in Dublin, where it had proposed to pay €315 million for a scheme that included 550 apartments and coliving units. This deal, however, was abandoned amid legal challenges related to planning approvals.
