Cosmo Jacobson

Cosmo Jacobson is a convicted murderer, having been sentenced to life for the killing of a Crown witness two decades ago. Recently, he sparked controversy by participating as a speaker in a panel discussion for Ontario judges, discussing the treatment of inmates and prison conditions.
