Cristhian Arroyo Gamboa
Cristhian Arroyo Gamboa is the executive director of the National Roadway Council (Conavi) in Costa Rica. Prior to his role at Conavi, he served as the director of the Technical Unit of Road Management in the municipality of Mora. He has come under investigation related to allegations of irregular payments and corruption involving local government contracts.
