Cristhian M. V. is a public servant who has worked for thirteen years in the municipal payroll of Manta, where he served as the General Supervisor of Administrative Processes at the Municipal Public Mobility Company. He was recently captured during an operation aimed at recapturing Adolfo Macías Villamar, alias 'Fito,' the leader of the organized crime group Los Choneros. He is facing charges of procedural fraud for allegedly being part of the security team that assisted in hiding Fito from law enforcement.
