Cristhian Rueda Dávalos

Cristhian Rueda Dávalos is a Bolivian national who gained notoriety for his involvement in the criminal activities associated with the fugitive Uruguayan drug trafficker Sebastián Marset. He was arrested on September 1, 2023, near the Argentine border and was found to be part of Marset's personal security and transportation network. Rueda was also implicated in a serious crime involving the kidnapping and physical assault of police officers. Following his arrest, he was sentenced to three years in prison for his crimes, including aiding Marset's escape, but was later released on March 22, 2024, after a plea deal. His brother remains a fugitive in connection with these cases.
