Cristian Alcalá is a former handyman turned retreat center manager at Inner Mastery, who became involved with the organization in 2015. After experiencing a transformative trip to Colombia to learn about ayahuasca, he returned to lead ceremonies and manage retreats in several countries, ultimately facing the challenges and ethical dilemmas posed by the organization's practices.
