Cristian Dalence is the director of Transit at the Bimodal terminal in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Recently, he was in the news for confirming the presence of a single roadblock in the interprovincial routes of the Santa Cruz department, which is causing disruptions in transit towards the Beni department. The blockade is a result of local transport sector demands for improvements to the road infrastructure, particularly affecting travel between Ascensión de Guarayos and other regions.
