Cristian F.P.Q. is a 28-year-old military sergeant from Bolivia who was recently charged with severe abuses against eight soldiers under his command, including physical and psychological torture. Following a court hearing, he was placed in preventive detention for 90 days as investigations continue into allegations of extortion and mistreatment, which reportedly involved forcing the soldiers to care for snakes and subjecting them to various forms of abuse.
