Cristian Fernando Gutiérrez Ochoa

Cristian Fernando Gutiérrez Ochoa, also known as 'Guacho', is a Mexican national and a member of the notorious Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). He is the son-in-law of the cartel's leader, Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, alias 'El Mencho'. Gutiérrez Ochoa was recently sentenced to over 11 years in prison in the United States for his involvement in money laundering activities linked to the CJNG, which is recognized as one of the most violent drug trafficking organizations in Mexico. He had previously attempted to evade capture by faking his own death and was arrested in California while living under an assumed identity. His case highlights the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and organized crime across borders.
