Cristiano Ebner

Cristiano Ebner is the head of the Health and Safety Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brazil, known as Itamaraty. He gained media attention for receiving a bizarre correspondence from Pablo Cardoso, which led to an internal investigation and discussion within the Brazilian Senate regarding Cardoso's nomination as ambassador to Guinea-Bissau.
