Cristina Rotela

Cristina Rotela is the director of the Escuela Básica N° 4725 María Leona Paredes in Mariano Roque Alonso, Paraguay. She has been vocal about the urgent need for school supplies for her students, as many come from low-income families and are unable to afford necessary educational materials. With the school year having started over a month ago, Rotela highlighted the challenges faced by both educators and students due to delays in the delivery of educational kits from the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC).
