Cristopher Corvin

Cristopher Corvin (1499 - 1505) was the son of Ioan Corvin and the grandson of the Hungarian king Matia Corvin. Despite his royal lineage, he faced significant obstacles to his claim to the throne of Hungary due to the powerful nobility and the political machinations surrounding his father's rule. Cristopher's life was cut short when he allegedly died from poisoning shortly after the death of his father, reflecting the precarious nature of royal succession during this tumultuous period in Hungarian history.
