Cui Hu

Cui Hu is the Party and Mass Work Department Director of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway Gansu-Qinghai Co., Ltd. He was involved in the construction of the Qianzhai Yellow River Grand Bridge, a key project for the Chengdu-Qinghai Railway, which suffered a catastrophic collapse during night operations. This incident, resulting from a critical connection failure, led to the fall of 16 construction workers into the Yellow River and prompted emergency response efforts from local authorities.
