Cynthia Cabañas

Cynthia Cabañas is the mayor of Paso Horqueta, Paraguay. She was recently in Israel participating in a leadership training program organized by the International Leadership Institute. Cabañas expressed her hope and determination to return to her homeland amid challenging circumstances, including the ongoing violence in the region.
