Cyréna Samba-Mayela

Cyréna Samba-Mayela is a talented French hurdler who gained international recognition after winning a silver medal in the 100m hurdles at the Paris Olympics 2024. At just 23 years old, she showcased her remarkable speed and composure under pressure, finishing with a time of 12.34 seconds, narrowly missing out on gold. Coached by John Coghlan, Samba-Mayela has rapidly improved her performance by refining her sprinting technique, which she credits to her move to Coghlan's training group in Orlando a year prior to the Olympics.
