Cyrille Sibomana

Cyrille Sibomana served as the head of the Legal Monitoring and Legislative Drafting Department within the Bureau for Legal Affairs and Governance in Burundi. He has been in the news following his dismissal and arrest for allegedly participating in the improper release of prisoners not entitled to presidential grace.
