D. Matulionis

D. Matulionis is a Lithuanian diplomat who has served as the Ambassador to NATO. His tenure has been marked by controversy, particularly surrounding his conduct during the NATO summit held in Vilnius in July 2023, which led to an internal investigation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Despite the findings of misconduct, Matulionis was not penalized, as the damage caused was deemed difficult to assess.
