Dairo Úsuga

Dairo Úsuga, known as 'Otoniel,' is a Colombian drug lord and the former leader of the Gulf Clan, one of Colombia's most powerful criminal organizations involved in drug trafficking and violence. He was arrested in October 2021 after a lengthy manhunt and has been accused of numerous crimes, including drug trafficking, homicide, and organized crime. Úsuga is currently facing extradition to the United States, where he has been charged with drug-related offenses.
