Daisy-Helen Ntoutoume is the Director General of the Banque pour le commerce et l’entrepreneuriat du Gabon (BCEG). She was in the news for outlining the financing mechanisms and application procedures for the Taxi-Vert project, a tripartite initiative aimed at promoting electric mobility and supporting local entrepreneurs in Gabon.
