Daithí McKay

Daithí McKay is a former Sinn Féin Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Northern Ireland, known for his role as the chairman of the Stormont finance committee during a controversial inquiry into the sale of the National Asset Management Agency’s (Nama) Northern Ireland assets. Recently cleared of misconduct charges, McKay faced legal scrutiny for allegations stemming from his interactions with loyalist activist Jamie Bryson and others during the investigation into the controversial asset sale to US investment fund Cerberus in 2015.
