Dalal Abuisnaineh

Dalal Abuisnaineh is a resident of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, who witnessed the tragic events surrounding the shooting of former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband. Living directly across the street from the Hortmans, she described the harrowing experience of hearing gunshots and seeing first responders remove Hortman's body from her home. Abuisnaineh remembered Hortman as a dedicated, hard-working neighbor who often shared her garden's mint with her.
