Dale De Mendonca

Lieutenant Colonel Dale De Mendonca recently took over command of the Guyana Defence Force's One Infantry Battalion during a Change of Command ceremony, succeeding Lieutenant Colonel Selwyn Austin, who retired after nearly thirty years of military service.
