Dalibor Ćurlik

Dalibor Ćurlik is a former police officer from Banja Luka and the leader of a group involved in the forgery of documents for criminals. He was arrested in 2021 for his role in producing fake passports and identification, having previously been engaged by a high-ranking member of the Kavac clan to assist in obtaining these documents amidst a backdrop of organized crime.
