Dalmazio Vinci

Dalmazio Vinci, born on December 30, 1935, in Montelupo Fiorentino, is the oldest confirmed descendant of the legendary artist and inventor Leonardo da Vinci, as proven by DNA testing. A self-proclaimed inventor, he has created various devices, including go-karts and boating motors, and has even appeared on television. Despite his lineage, he only recently embraced his connection to Leonardo, which he discovered through genealogical research. Dalmazio, who lives in Forte dei Marmi, remains active and healthy at 89, with a desire to visit Leonardo's tomb in France. He has three daughters and has made several inventions throughout his life, though many went unpatented due to financial constraints.
