Damien Pranandu
Vice Admiral Damien Pranandu has been appointed as the 27th Chief of the Naval Staff of Sri Lanka, effective from tomorrow. His appointment was made under the directive of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. Prior to his new role, he served as the Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy. Pranandu is an alumnus of St. Joseph's College, Colombo, where he began his educational journey.
