
Dan Allen-Gordon
Dan Allen-Gordon is a dedicated leader in youth development, having spent 25 years with the Graeme Dingle Foundation in New Zealand. He has played a pivotal role in the Project K initiative, which empowers teenagers through wilderness experiences and mentoring, fostering resilience and life skills. Under his leadership, the foundation has significantly impacted over 55,000 young people and raised more than $14 million for youth programs. Recently, Allen-Gordon announced his decision to step back from his dual role as general manager while continuing to lead Project K, a testament to his passion for transforming young lives. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Companion of the King’s Service Order in 2024.
